1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at kasaprivekolkata@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Wallpapers that have been cut, installed, or altered.
• Custom-made or special-order wallpapers.

3. Refunds

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• In case of return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back to us.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are possible for damaged/defective items, subject to stock availability.
